Resolved: Comcast Maintenance

On Wednesday, October 25th @ 5:00 AM Comcast will be performing maintenance work on a fiber circuit that will affect multiple customers. This will also cause our peering with Comcast at the border to go down and come back up again. The work is expected to be completed in under 5 minutes. Most of the affected circuits are Campus back bones which have redundancy and will not experience an outage. There are a few sites and networks that will be offline for a few minutes at the time specified.

Sites that will be completely offline on Wednesday, October 25th @ 5:00 AM include all networks at the Philly Navy Yard, Shavers Creek, and JASI (Ollie building in Harrisburg).

All networks are expected to back in production by 5:05 AM.
