Resolved: chat.psu.edu Restart
chat.psu.edu is currently functioning normally, but will soon go into a degraded state and then fail. To prevent this, we will be restarting chat.psu.edu at 5:45 PM today. The outage will be about 1 minute for the restart.
We have identified the cause and will be working on a permanent solution. We will have a separate alert on the permanent solution.
