Resolved: Canvas/Starfish integration is unavailable

This issue has been resolved, and the Canvas/Starfish integration has been restored to normal functionality.

Some faculty and staff at all Penn State locations

IT SERVICE(S) IMPACTED:
The grade integration between Canvas and Starfish is currently unavailable

DATE AND TIME:
Issue began at 2:30am ET on 09/16/18

NOTES:
In Starfish, this issue would be visible to Instructors that are using the Zoom in feature, as scores and assessments are not being sent to Starfish.
