news.psu.edu enable HTTPS (SSL/TLS)

On Monday, June 11th between 5:00 and 7:00am, Penn State IT will add HTTPS (SSL/TLS) capability to news.psu.edu, so that users can read news.psu.edu via https://news.psu.edu URLs. With this change, both HTTP and HTTPS will coexist, and HTTP urls will NOT yet redirect to HTTPS.
