Mainframe Software Upgrade – April 7, 2014
On Monday, April 7, 2014, during the regularly scheduled maintenance window (5:00-7:00 a.m.), Information Technology Services (ITS) will upgrade the CA Common Services software on some production mainframe environments. It is anticipated that this upgrade won’t impact normal production hours.
