Issues were first noticed at 10 AM March 19, 2019

NOTES:
An issue has been identified wherein video quiz answers submitted through Kaltura are not always sent to the Canvas grade book. The work around is to enter the grades into Canvas manually.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
Penn State IT is currently working with the vendor regarding this issue. This alert will be updated as more information becomes available. Penn State IT users can view additional details in ServiceNow.
