IBIS Recovery Exercise

An Integrated Business Information Systems (IBIS) Recovery Exercise will be conducted starting on Wednesday, March 6 at 5 AM and ending on Friday, March 8 by 7 AM.

During the exercise, IBIS and ISIS will be running on a single enterprise server rather than dual enterprise servers located in different facilities. The systems will be changed on Wednesday March 6 during the 5 AM to 7 AM maintenance window, run 2 business days which will be Wednesday, March 6 and Thursday, March 7, then switched back to their normal operating modes during the 5 AM to 7 AM maintenance window on Friday March 8.

No service disruptions are anticipated and the IBIS and ISIS services will be carefully monitored for any noticeable degradation. If any performance-related problems are discovered, then the systems can be returned to their normal operating modes.
