Faculty Activity Insights (FAIS) Update – August 28

On Thursday, August 28, outside the regularly scheduled maintenance window (5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.), a software update for Faculty Activity Insights (FAIS) will take place.

This update will introduce a new user interface but will NOT impact data or functionality of the service. Existing data will NOT need to be re-entered after the update is complete.

This change is being tracked in Service Now, CHG0033011.
