Emergency Database Maintenance

Required maintenance to an ITS service-supportive database will take place during the maintenance window, from 5-7 AM, on Monday, September 30. The work being performed is expected to last only a few minutes. During that time, however, users may experience issues with certain services that are supported by the database.

Services that may be affected, include, but are not limited to:

ITS Downloads (downloads.its.psu.edu)
ITS Alerts (alerts.its.psu.edu)
Podcasting at Penn State
ITS Chat Service (chat.psu.edu)
Report Hate
Guardian
UCS Admin Tools

Users are encouraged to refresh the browsing page if an error is received during the maintenance period.
