eLion Rapid Refund experiencing problems for Parents

Parents using an FPS account to try to apply for Bursar rapid refund are having issues. The issue has been identified and will be corrected tomorrow morning (November 14, 2013).

Parents who have a Penn State access account associated with a student will still be able to apply for their refund.
