DUO 2FA: Telephony Authentication Issue

Duo Security has indicated that they are investigating an outage with their Telephony Authentications which started around 9:45am. They are actively looking into it. This may affect any authentications that are trying to be made using the “Phone Call” option.

Duo Security has identified that the issue is with one of their primary telephony providers, and have begun routing calls to a fallback provider.
