chat.psu.edu Upgrades – January 28
On Thursday, January 28, during the ITS Maintenance Window (5:00 – 7:00 a.m.), upgrades will be made to the chat.psu.edu service.
Software updates are being implemented during the work period, which will result in a two-hour long outage.
The upgrade is being tracked through Service Now – CHG0035045.
