Central Person Registry (CPR) Database Maintenance, Affecting Multiple Services
Information Technology Services (ITS) will be performing maintenance on the Central Person Registry (CPR) database on Monday, November 23, between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. Work will begin at 5:00 a.m., and an outage of 30 minutes or less is expected.
Services that will be affected during the maintenance window include CPR web services and services relying on the CPR, such as the Central ID Repository (CIDR), Identity Provisioning, and PSUAlert and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) self-service interfaces: The PSUAlert service will continue to be operational for pushing alerts; however, users will not be able to change alert settings using the PSUAlert interface during the maintenance window. Similarly, the Duo Security 2FA service will continue to be operational; however, users will not be able to enroll or manage devices using the 2FA interface during the maintenance window.
