CCOM (IBIS) Printing Issues

CCOM (IBIS) is experiencing intermittent printing issues when printing via the PRT (then PF12) function and/or PF11 print function.

If you are experiencing issues with incomplete output or extraneous printing on your printout (odd characters), we recommend that you temporarily use the WINDOWS HOST EXPLORER PRINT SCREEN function instead. This function can be found under FILE, PRINT SCREEN or by using CTRL/P (press CTRL then P).

We are working with our vendor in attempts to resolve this intermittent printing issue and will post an update once the issue has been resolved.
