Canvas media-processing service will be unavailable

DATE AND TIME:
Canvas will be affected from 2:00AM ET on 07/29/2018 until 2:15AM ET on 07/29/2018.

NOTES:
Canvas users will not be able to access previously uploaded media content or upload new media for conversion and playback for up to 15 minutes during this time.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
