AIS Workflow Upgrade Requires System Outage

On Friday, April 20th, 2012, beginning at 5:00 p.m., AIS Workflow services
will be unavailable due to a scheduled upgrade to the software used to run
the Workflow system. This outage will include the Workflow Termination
(TRMN) Form and also the Role Authorization (ROLE) Form, which is
initiated in WebRAT (WebRAT role assignments should not be created during
this outage).

The anticipated time for completion of this upgrade is noon on Saturday,
April 21st.
