AIS VPN Firmware Upgrade – August 7

On Friday, August 7, during the regularly scheduled maintenance window (5-7 a.m.), ITS will upgrade firmware for the AIS VPN. During the upgrade, the following users will be impacted:

Administrative Information Services
Identity Services
Project LionPATH

All connected users will have to reconnect once the upgrade has been completed. The outage will last for approximately 30 minutes.

This issue is being tracked in ServiceNow: CHG0033092 .

The vpn.its.psu.edu service will not be affected as a result of the work being completed.
