Update: ucs.psu.edu issue with IMAP Clients

PS IT continues to work on the issue, but we are still seeing problems. During our investigation of the IMAP issue we noticed that Spell Check was not functioning. That was fixed as of 10:30. We will update again by 3:00 PM today.
