Resolved: TSM Self-Service Portal down

The TSM admins have become aware of a server issue that is causing the TSM Self-Service Portal (tsm.apps.psu.edu) to be down. We are currently working on this issue in conjunction with the vendor, and expect the problem to be resolved soon. We do not believe any other TSM functions are affected. Backups and restores should function as normal and no user data has been affected.
