Update: UEN Router Software Upgrade 5/28/15 5-7 am, Service Degradation Possible

Due to a recurrence of line card issues on the Computer3 UEN router, the software upgrade of Computer3 has been moved up to 5/28/15 during the 5-7 am maintenance window along with the Blue1 router.

During this upgrade, UEN connectivity will be disrupted for approximately 3 minutes for customers without redundant connections who receive backbone connectivity from these UEN routers:

Customers with backbone connectivity to the above routers who have redundant UEN connections will be degraded as connectivity fails over to the redundant connection and as connectivity fails back to the primary connection.
