Resolved: PASS issue

A hardware failure (bad memory DIMM) on one node had been identified as the cause of the intermittent failures with the nfs.pass.psu.edu service, some File not Found errors on www.personal.psu.edu, and other occasional file access problems. It has been replaced and services have been restored by 3:10 pm.
