Resolved: Known Error impacting Box: Investigation Underway
An issue impacting the Box Web Application has been brought to the attention of the IT Service Desk. Currently this issue is causing the service to be unavailable to Box web users, and an error stating “Sorry, we can’t access that page”. ITS is currently working to resolve this incident.
