Update to ServiceNow Data – January 29

On Friday, January 29, during the ITS Maintenance Window (5:00 – 7:00 a.m.) the Service Management Office (SMO) will deploy an updated dataset in ServiceNow. This dataset contains the correct budget code and official budget name of each unit and will enable dynamic updating of user information. The unit field of all tickets, including legacy tickets, will reflect this new data. The SMO will deploy this update during the standard maintenance window. We foresee no impact from this change, but if you experience any problems, please submit an incident at smo.psu.edu.
