Resolved: Planned VoIP network maintenance

On Wednesday, October 21 2015 from 5:00AM to 6:00AM Information Technology Services (ITS) will be upgrading software on the Voice over IP Aggregation switch that will disrupt Voice services at the following locations listed below during this maintenance period. This is documented under CHG0033630.
