Canvas – Add user feature is unavailable

IT SERVICE(S) IMPACTED:
Adding enrollments manually to Canvas rosters through the add user feature

DATE AND TIME:
Issue began at 8:30am ET on 12/18/18.

NOTES:
When trying to manually add a user to a course roster, you will receive an error.
If a roster add is needed immediately, please contact the IT Service Desk for assistance in using the bulk add feature.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
This alert will be updated as new information becomes available. Penn State IT users can view additional details in ServiceNow.
