Resolved: WebMail Slowness

During today\’s maintenance window, ITS made additional configuration changes to address yesterday\’s WebMail service disruption (alert #2472). Unfortunately these changes exposed other problems that did not arise until this afternoon. ITS has since addressed those additional issues and has been closely monitoring WebMail since it was brought back online.

No e-mail was lost today and WebMail users should be able to use the service as expected.
