Resolved: Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) is unavailable
This issue has been resolved, and the VDI service has been restored to normal functionality.

All staff at all Penn State locations who use VDI
IT SERVICE(S) IMPACTED:
Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) is unavailable
DATE AND TIME:
Issue began at 6:30AM ET on 09/10/2018
There is no workaround for this issue.
Faculty, students, and staff that do not use VDI are unaffected by the issue.
This alert will be updated as new information becomes available. Penn State IT users can view additional details in ServiceNow.
