Resolved: Penn State Great Valley Voice Services Migration

Friday October 13, 2017 starting at 5:00pm through Sunday October 15, 2017, Penn State IT will be migrating Penn State Great Valley Campus voice services from their existing Avaya PBX solution to Cisco Unified Communications Manager. As part of this two day migration, inbound and outbound voice call services will be periodically interrupted.
