Resolved: PASS services delays

Between about 3:26pm and 3:31pm today, there was a delay in PASS services, affecting www.personal.psu.edu, win.pass.psu.edu and nfs.pass.psu.edu (and potentially other services using PASS).

The cause was a hardware failure. ITS staff have replaced the failing hardware and services have been restored.
