Update: WebAccess Outage
As of 1:25 p.m., users are once again able to connect to WebAccess-protected sites and services such as LionPATH, WebMail, the Employee Self-Service Information System (ESSIC). Canvas was available through an alternate log in method. Penn State IT staff members have identified an issue with a firewall vendor as the cause of the outage that affected Penn State and other customers. Penn State IT continues to monitor the situation. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
