Update: Outage

Teams from Penn State IT continue to troubleshoot and are working to restore services as quickly as possible. The following services are still currently impacted by Chrome version 72 and will require a different web browser to access at this time:
Centralized Application Tracking System-Institutional Review Board (CATS IRB)
Study Tracking and Analysis for Research (STAR) (clinical trials management system)

PEOPLE AND LOCATIONS IMPACTED:
All students, faculty, and staff at all Penn State locations using the most recent version of Google Chrome web browser

DATE AND TIME:
Issue began at 12:29pm ET on 01/30/19.

NOTES:
Users may receive errors when attempting to authenticate to online applications.
If you are experiencing issues, please try using a different web browser such as Firefox, Safari, etc.
Users on old versions of Chrome or other web browsers are unaffected by the issue.
Users on legacy voicemail are unaffected by the issue.
