Teams from Penn State IT and the vendor continue to troubleshoot the issue and are working to restore service as quickly as possible.

All students, faculty, and staff at all Penn State locations using Office 365 (excluding Penn State College of Medicine and Pennsylvania College of Technology)
IT SERVICE(S) IMPACTED:
Office 365 online applications such as Word, Excel, OneNote, and Sharepoint

Issue began at 9am ET on 07/18/18
If you are experiencing issues or unresponsive behavior, please use downloaded versions of the Office 365 applications.
Users at Penn State College of Medicine and Pennsylvania College of Technology are unaffected by the issue.
