Update: Network and Voice service disruption – Penn State Greater Allegheny

Campus staff have been working throughout the weekend and Monday to repair water damage and prepare facilities for equipment assessment. A multi-unit effort has occurred today to identify a comprehensive list of needed equipment. ITS staff is en-route with equipment that may be needed to restore services. The voice services vendor is on-site investigating. IT staff will be working to restore services starting tomorrow morning. The campus is currently closed and is expected to re-open Wednesday morning. Additional updates will be posted as they become available.
