smtp.psu.edu degraded state

On December, 7 2017, smtp.psu.edu was blocked by vtext.com because of a misbehaving client. Clients such as Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Apple Mail, iOS Mail, Android Mail, and others that use smtp.psu.edu as their Outgoing Server for sending email may receive an error when sending to email addresses that end in @vtext.com. Enterprise IT is currently working with vtext.com to resolve this issue.
