Resolved: University Park — VoIP Phone System Upgrade

Starting Friday evening (September 7, 2012) through Saturday morning (September 8, 2012) ITS/TNS will be performing an application upgrade to the VoIP system that processes inbound and outbound calls. During this time period, users could experience a momentary delay with phone calls. Additionally, in order to prepare for this upgrade, ITS/TNS will need to suspend customer requested VoIP service changes starting at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, September 5, 2012. Requested VoIP service changes will resume on Monday morning, September 10, 2012.

Service may be affected starting on September 7, 2012 at 6:00 PM. The estimated time of resolution is September 8, 2012 at 6:00AM.
