Resolved: UCS Queued E-mail

A bug was discovered over the weekend that prevented a portion of e-mail from being delivered to UCS users. After identifying the issue, the UCS server was restarted to remedy the situation.

Mail queued as a result of the issue will be delivered today. No mail was lost as a result of the issue.
