Resolved: Shibboleth Identity Provider (IdP) Outage

On Wednesday, May 2, from 1:00am to 8:00am the Shibboleth Identity Provider (IdP) experienced an outage. During that time, services dependent on the federated authentication and authorization system were unavailable. A few of the services affected by the outage include WebAssign, TurnItIn, wikispaces, Symplicity, VoiceThread, and Lynda.com. Services that became unaccessible during that time have since been restored to full functionality.
