Resolved: Resolved: Phone Call Quality/Connection Issue for Canvas Support 5/15/2017
The phone system used by the Instructure Canvas Support team is currently having trouble, keeping some of their agents from logging in to accept calls. Those agents who are able to login are noting issues with quality in the call. They are working with their telephony provider to resolve this as quickly as possible. If you need to get in touch with Instructure Canvas Support during this time, please submit a help request ticket to them via the Help Menu in Canvas. We’ll let you know of any updates to this issue as soon as we can.
