Resolved: Pinnacle Application Maintenance Between October 6 – October 14, 2017
Penn Stateâ€™s Pinnacle application instances (a telecommunications management and billing product) are scheduled for vendor maintenance between October 6, 2017 and October 14, 2017.
During this maintenance, the Pinnacle hosted environment (test and production instances) will be unavailable.
Improvements highlighted by the vendor with the scheduled network changes include providing a more high availability environment, more efficient handling of storage capabilities, and increased performance.Â
Test instances will be changed during the period of Friday, October 6, 2017 to Friday, October 13, 2017 during a vendor coordinated time each day.
Production instance will be changed during the period of Monday, October 9, 2017 to Friday, October 13, 2017 each night between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM EST.
Additional network changes related to file processing will occur on Saturday, October 14, 2017 between 8:00 AM and 12 Noon EST.
