Resolved: Online applications for Office 365 are slow

This issue has been resolved, and online Office 365 applications have been restored to normal functionality.

All students, faculty, and staff at all Penn State locations (excluding Penn State College of Medicine and Pennsylvania College of Technology) using Office 365 online applications such as Word, Excel, OneNote, and Sharepoint experienced slowness.
