Resolved: Data Center services were partially unavailable
This issue has been resolved. Data Center services are working as normal.
PEOPLE AND LOCATIONS IMPACTED:
Some students, faculty, and staff at all Penn State locations
IT SERVICE(S) IMPACTED:
Services hosted through the Data Center, such as WebAccess and applications authenticated through WebAcess would have been impacted.
DATE AND TIME:
Issue began at 10:19am ET on 07/18/18.
As of 10:21am ET on 7/18/18, all services appear to be working as normal. Penn State IT is investigating the cause of the issue. This issue would have affected all services hosted through the Data Center. WebAccess and applications authenticated through WebAccess would have been impacted. Some users would have been able to access online applications without issue.
