Resolved: Central ID Repository (CIDR) Outage

On Tuesday, April 8, 2014, the Central ID Repository (CIDR) experienced an outage during the regularly scheduled maintenance window (5:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.). Identity Services (IdS) and Administrative Information Services (AIS) reverted back to the previous image and cleared server connection errors. The issue was reported at 7:09 a.m. through monitoring at the IT Service Desk and service was restored at 7:43 a.m.
