All students, faculty, staff trying to call the Penn State Schuylkill Campus from a non-Penn State phone
IT SERVICE(S) IMPACTED:
Inbound voice calls from external phone lines (excluding Penn State Telephony Service)
DATE AND TIME:
Issue began at 11AM ET on 01/18/19 and there is no current estimated resolution at this time.
Penn State IT are currently working with the vendor to isolate and resolve the trouble.
Students, faculty, and staff calling from any internal Penn State Telephony Service phone number from any campus are unaffected by the issue.
