lists.psu.edu: new Sender Policy Framework

On June 21, 2018, during the 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM ET maintenance window, Penn State IT staff will install DNS records to implement SPF
(Sender Policy Framework) with a neutral policy for lists.psu.edu.  If an email is purporting to be from lists.psu.edu, information
about where the email should originate will be communicated to systems across the internet. This should also make it likely that
legitimate email not be tagged as SPAM by other systems. Also, this change will eventually protect lists.psu.edu from masquerade
attacks.

This change is being tracked under CHG0051567 in ServiceNow. ”
