Known Issue: Duo Authentication on Mac Platforms
As of 6 a.m. EST on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, the Duo Authentication service is experiencing problems on Mac platforms (Mac Safari; any browser on iPhone or iPad). The “Send text …” link (to get new passcodes via SMS) is not working correctly. As a workaround to authenticate at this time, you can choose another authentication option (call, Duo Push, etc.) or clear your browser’s cache before using Duo.
Penn State IT staff members are implementing a fix tomorrow, Wednesday, February 7, 2018, during the normally scheduled maintenance window from 5 – 7 a.m. EST.
