ITS Support Suite – Wagner Building Phone Outage Scheduled for Friday, Sept. 28 beginning at 5 a.m.
On Friday September 28th during the maintenance window, TNS will be upgrading the VoIP phone equipment in the Wagner Building. The outage is scheduled to begin at 5 a.m. and phone service should be restored by 6:30 a.m. The outage will affect all offices in the building.
During the outage users who need to contact the IT Service Desk (formerly the ITS Help Desk), the AIS Support Center or the ITS Accounts Office should send email to the following appropriate email addresses:
AIS problems: send to AIS-Support@psu.edu
Access Account problems: send to email@example.com
ANGEL problems: please use the “Contact ANGEL Support” form on the ANGEL Web site
General IT problems: send to firstname.lastname@example.org
ITS staff will be answering email messages during the phone outage.
