ENCS service migration.

ENCS is migrating network support applications and services to Datacenter managed facilities. In preparation for this work, ENCS staff will be performing a supporting network reconfiguration beginning Monday March 27 at 6:00 AM and concluding by 7:00AM. This will cause a brief outage to the offerings listed below. This work is being tracked under CHG0041061

otc2.psu.edu (128.118.25.3) — Caching DNS Server, clients with multiple DNS servers will continue to function, but at a slower rate.
clock.psu.edu – NTP clients will continue to function normally.
