E-mail Server Upgrade – May 13

A certificate upgrade and hardware change will be made to email servers during the ITS Maintenance Window (5:00 – 7:00 a.m.) on Friday, May 13.

Users will experience a 15-30 minute outage while the work is being completed. Messages will be queued during the outage and delivered once the service has been restored.

The work is being tracked through ServiceNow – CHG0036626.
