Document Imaging Upgrade

On Monday, February 8, during the ITS Maintenance Window (5:00 – 7:00 a.m.), an upgrade will be installed for Document Imaging. The Docfinity Software in Production Imaging will be upgraded for the Student Services and OPP versions.

As a result, both versions will be unavailable while the work is being completed.

The upgrade is being tracked through ServiceNow – CHG0035157 and CHG0035158.
