CLM Windows Lab/Classroom Computers Unable to Connect to PASS
We have some reports and first-hand experience that some CLM Windows lab and classroom computers are unable to connect to PASS space. The error message is that the network password is incorrect. The WebFiles service also had this issue and restarting the server fixed it. We have reports that restarting affected workstations has fixed the issue. We are working with AIT to identify the cause, which remains mysterious. It is suggested that you restart the computer if you see this problem today.
